Meet Dr. Danielle Norville

Meet the experienced and friendly doctor who makes Cary Eye Associates a proud provider of vision care products and services in Cary.

Dr. Norville is a North Carolina native, growing up in Eastern NC. She knew from an early age that she wanted to help people. While attending East Carolina University to obtain her bachelor of science in Biology, she started a part-time job at an optometry office. She fell in love with optometry and decided to make that her life passion. After graduation from ECU, she attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry where she earned her doctorate of optometry. She did an externship in eye disease at the Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, and a pediatric externship at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, PA.

After graduation from optometry school, Dr. Norville headed back to NC. She started a job at a Lasik practice in Raleigh where she continued her training in refractive surgery and eye health. After a year and a half, she decided she wanted to expand her scope of practice and opened up Norville Eye Care in Apex, NC. After 14 years, Dr. Norville decided she wanted to grow her practice and be able to offer more services to our patients, resulting in her moving to a larger location, in which Cary Eye Associates was established.

Dr. Norville is an active member of the American Optometric Association and North Carolina Optometric Society

Dr. Norville and her children have made Apex, NC their home. Her two children keep her busy when she is outside of the office. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, trips to the beach, and spending time with her dog, Belle.
